You will be informed about received consignments by telephone, telex, fax, telegram, registered letter or through the procedure of delivery of a receipt notice to your address. In agreement with you, we can arrange for your being informed about the received consignments in the way that is the most convenient for you.

You can contact us about any conditions, prices or your suggestions related to the carriage of goods by rail.

For a specific carriage of some specific goods, please contact Tariff and Order Defining Department of Freight Traffic Main Office, fax. 011 361 84 25. The department will make an effort to supply the information as soon as possible – an offer containing the price and total carriage charges.

Depending on quantities and class of goods offered for carriage (group of 4 or more wagons, or full train load of 500 net tons), our Sales Department may agree to commercial concessions with you.

In addition to attending to your consignments, we offer you the services intended to preserve the value of your consignment and deliver it to your business partner in the same condition as upon the acceptance for carriage.
