Common European Transport Policy qualifies the protection of passengers’ rights as one of the priorities when it comes to improving the quality and efficiency of services in international railway transport.
In accordance with the European recommendations, “Serbian Railways” have been applying Charter on international passenger transport since December 11th, 2005. |
The report on applying the Charter for the year 2006: |
1. The number of passengers who were provided with overnight accommodation, due to impossibility to continue their journey on the same day, caused by major train delay, is represented in the following table: |
