This division performs the following work:

• Preparation of Annual Maintenance Programme for Building Infrastructure Maintenance and monitoring of its implementation;
• Preparation of trimester, semi-annual and annual reports on department operations;
• Drafting of contracts and accompanying documentation for contracting of the building infrastructure investive maintenance works; 
• Drafting of revenue contracts and monitoring of their implementation;
• Maintenance of records relating to the contracts entered into for the building infrastructure investive maintenance works, as well as relating to interim payment certificates; 
• Participation in monitoring of contract implementation as regards the scope of the works performed and the method of their calculation; 
• Control of unit prices, control of measurement of the works performed and control of price adjustment for the works performed; 
• Item costing for the substructure and superstructure works;
• Coordination with Financial & Book-keeping Department.
