The division plans, organizes and coordinates the work on the current and investment lines maintenance, survey and analyses of geometrical lines condition and actual lines condition on the territory of the Enterprise, as well as the current and investment maintenance of light and heavy track machinery, construction machinery, traction and hauled rolling stock and road vehicles.
Sector, namely Sections dispose of:
- 948 pcs. of light machines (for track fastening screwing and unscrewing, rails and sleepers drilling, rails and switches grinding, etc.),
- over 1000 pcs. of measuring apparatuses (scales for width and track cant control, for the axle position and track leveling control, thermometer, etc),
- 42 pcs. of heavy machines for current mechanized maintenance and partial investment maintenance (tamping machines for switch, crossing and track lining and leveling, ballast regulator, dynamic track stabilization, individual rails and sleepers replacement, for ballast screening, completely mechanized switch replacement, etc. )
- 2 pcs. of heavy machines for current mechanized maintenance and partial investment maintenance (tamping machines for switch, crossing and track lining and leveling, ballast regulator, dynamic track stabilization, individual rails and sleepers replacement, for ballast screening, completely mechanized switch replacement, etc. )
- 1 special machine for snow cleaning,
- over 20 pcs. of construction machinery (loaders, bulldozers, compressors…),
- wagons "keepers" for the transport of fine grained material, wagon sets with portal crane for transport, loading and unloading of rails long 120 m, special wagon for transport of completely mounted old, and/or new switches, as well as wagons for specialized teams- sleeping cars, dining rooms, depots, workshops, fuel tanks etc.),
- 45 pcs. of heavy motorized hand cars,
- 146 pcs. of light motorized hand cars,
